As a real estate appraiser I have a neutral view of things and can look back on many years of professional experience as a real estate appraiser in Germany. You will receive feedback from me on the existing documents and possible problem areas (e.g. through moisture measurements, visible construction defects or poor execution).

I draw your attention to possible follow-up costs and modernization requirements so that you have a better basis for calculation after the purchase.

I do not undertake component openings or destructive examinations of the building fabric.
